Who we are.
Hi, we're Sandy Kapell and Jen Reaven, co-founders of Trakehner Leadership and the team behind HR for Entrepreneurs.
Not long ago, we left our corporate jobs and became entrepreneurs ourselves. Building strong teams and helping organizations grow has always been our expertise. Now we're building our own business, learning plenty along the way, and navigating a lot of the same challenges our clients face every day.
HR for Entrepreneurs grew out of conversations with founders just like us. We keep hearing the same thing: there’s help for payroll, there’s help for legal issues, but what about everything in between? Our clients are telling us they need something different:
